A Webinar Website That’s Faster, Ranks, and Ready Before Your Launch
We design and build blazing-fast websites on the Astro framework, with a guaranteed 90+ PageSpeed score, real topic SEO, an AI chat widget and fully managed hosting. You run the sessions. We handle the website, the hosting, the weekly date and pricing updates and every change you ask for.
Your Website Might Be Quietly Costing You Registrations
Most webinar and course-creator websites are slow, invisible in search and expensive to change in the week you can least afford it. Here is what is really holding you back.
A slow page loses the registration
WordPress, Wix, Kajabi and page-builder sites bloat fast. Every extra second of load time sends someone who clicked your ad back to the feed before the form has rendered. On mobile, where most registration traffic lands, it is worse again.
You are invisible when people search your topic
No topic pages, weak schema, no clean meta structure. Google and the AI answer engines never surface your training, so every seat is bought through paid traffic and the moment you stop spending the pipeline stops too.
Nickel-and-dimed in launch week
Hosting fees, SSL fees, plugin renewals, and an hourly quote to change a date on a registration page three days before you go live. Most agencies bill for every page and every edit, exactly when you can least afford the delay.
A dated registration page costs you trust
An outdated design quietly tells a visitor the training is dated too. First impressions decide whether somebody hands over an email address and puts a calendar hold on an hour of their working day.
Built on Astro, Faster Than WordPress, Wix and Kajabi
We build your site the modern way, so it loads instantly and looks premium on every device your audience registers from.
90+ PageSpeed, guaranteed
We build on the Astro framework and guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, often a perfect 100, on both mobile and desktop. When you send a thousand people to a registration page at once, the page is the one thing that must not be the bottleneck.
Faster than WordPress, Wix, Kajabi and GHL
No plugin bloat, no page-builder overhead. Static-first pages served from the edge load in a blink, which matters most on the phone click you have already paid for from a cold audience.
A far better-looking site
A clean, modern layout with room for your speaker photography, the agenda, the credentials and a registration form that is easy to complete. Noticeably better than your current site, and built to be read rather than skimmed and closed.
Rank in Search, and in AI Answers
Fast pages are only half of it. We structure everything so search engines and AI answer engines both understand and surface your training.
Built to rank in search
Search engines reward fast sites. Proper titles, meta, headings and clean structure mean Google can crawl and rank your webinar, masterclass and course pages for the topics you actually teach.
AEO and GEO ready
Every page carries schema and meta that ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity can read, so your training gets named when somebody asks an assistant where to learn this, not only when they scroll a results page.
Topic, program and location pages
A separate written page for every session, every program and every market you teach into. This is how a host builds evergreen search traffic instead of restarting from zero at every launch.
Sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt
We ship a correct sitemap, a robots.txt and an llms.txt file so search crawlers and AI crawlers both index your sessions and replays cleanly instead of guessing.
Everything Included, Up to 60 Pages
A complete site, not a single funnel page. Here is what ships with every build, on every plan.
Up to 60 pages
Home, About, a programs overview plus a dedicated page for every webinar, masterclass and course, topic pages, location pages, Contact, a registration page and a Team page. A complete site, not a single funnel page.
A webinar value calculator, on your numbers
You enter your own figures: registrations, your own historical show-up and close rates, and your offer price. The calculator returns what one session is worth to you and what a percentage point of improvement is worth. We supply no benchmarks and we make no claim about what you will achieve; it is your arithmetic, done on your page, and the visitor leaves their details to keep the result.
A free domain if you need one
One domain is included at no cost. Already own the one on your slides and your email footer? We point it at the new site and nothing changes for the audience that already knows it.
Cloudflare hosting, nothing itemised
Your site runs on Cloudflare’s global edge network, which is what you want the hour a launch email goes out to a large list. No hosting bill, no SSL bill, no CDN bill, and nothing itemised back to you later.
Registrations pushed into your CRM
Every form submission is delivered into whatever you already run, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Registrations land in the same CRM and webinar platform your reminder sequences already fire from.
Fully managed for you
Crashes, malware, patches, uptime and backups are ours. The site does not go down in launch week and you are not the one debugging a certificate an hour before you go live. You never log in to fix anything.
Your Prices and Dates, Updated Weekly
A host’s site goes stale faster than almost any other. Early-bird closes, the cart opens, a session moves, a cohort fills, a payment plan changes. On most sites the pricing and the dates were correct at launch and then quietly drifted, so somebody lands on page four and registers for a session that ran in March.
We update the rates and the dates on your site every week. Send the changes and they are live, across every page they appear on, so a visitor is never working from a number or a date you have already moved on from.
- Program and course pricingYour tiers, payment plans and enrolment fees on the site, matched to what your checkout is actually charging this week.
- Launch and early-bird windowsEarly-bird pricing, cart-open and cart-close dates, and the price step-ups in between, moved on the day they change rather than the day somebody complains.
- Session dates and timesUpcoming session dates, times and time zones kept current across every page they appear on, which is the single most common thing to go stale on a host’s site.
- Bundles and seat pricingTeam seats, cohort pricing, corporate bundles and any partner or affiliate rate reflected the week you start quoting them.
Research-Based Posts of 2,500 to 3,200 Words, Every Week
Breakout Room and Main Room publish 2 posts a week. Main Stage steps up to 3 a week plus social. Every one is researched, sourced and written around your topic and your programs.
Teaching posts on your topic
The questions your audience types months before they would ever sit through an hour of training: how the thing actually works, what the common mistakes are, what to do first. These are what earn the trust that a registration form asks for.
Comparison and format posts
Live versus evergreen, a workshop versus a course, your approach versus the one they read about last week. These catch somebody at the point they are choosing where to spend an hour, which is when they register.
Cost, process and outcome posts
What this kind of training costs, how a cohort actually runs week by week, what the work looks like afterwards. High-intent reading, and exactly what an AI assistant reaches for when somebody asks it where to learn a subject.
Your Google Business Profile, used honestly
Nobody finds an online masterclass on a map, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What the profile does on Main Stage is control the panel that appears when somebody searches your name or your company after seeing you speak, which happens constantly. Current photos, real posts, answered questions. If you also run in-person workshops or teach from a real address, it does more than that, and we will treat it accordingly.
Your Website, Wired Into Your CRM
Every form and every booked call flows straight to you, so no registration ever sits in an inbox nobody owns.
Forms into any CRM
Registration and contact forms push by direct API or through Zapier and Make webhooks, so registrant data flows into the CRM and the webinar platform your reminder and replay sequences already fire from.
Our CRM included, with your own login
We integrate our own CRM and hand you a login, so you can see every registrant and every booked call and run the launch yourself without waiting on us for an export.
AI chat widget
An AI agent answers the questions that come up on every registration page: whether there is a replay, what is included, what happens if they cannot make it live. It collects details and books calls around the clock.
Review automation
Load your attendee list, tag it, and the automation asks for a testimonial while the session is still fresh, which is the proof the next launch page needs.
Updates Handled, Just Send a Revision
Five revisions are included every month on every plan, at no extra cost. After the fifth, each one is a flat $20 with no cap, so there is never a surprise invoice in launch week.
Five revisions included every month, at no extra cost
Five revision requests a month come with every plan and you are not billed a penny for them. Past the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20. There is no cap on how many you can buy and there is no hourly billing.
A revision is not one line
There is no size limit on a single request. "Build pages for the next two masterclasses, here is the full copy, the agenda and the speaker photography for both" is one revision, not four. Put as much as you like into one request.
Done in 2 to 5 working days
Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, however large. A date change or a new session added before a launch is usually the same day or the next one.
Fully managed, always up
Crash, malware, broken dependency, expired certificate: none of it lands on you in launch week. We monitor, patch, back up and restore, so the registration page is fast and online at the hour your email goes out.
Pick the Room You Are Filling
Every plan carries the same $447 one-time build fee, and you pay it only after the site is live. Start where the problem actually is and step up when the room gets bigger.
Breakout Room
The website, fully managed
Right for you if
A host whose registration page is slow, dated, or still shows last quarter’s session dates, and who rebuilds it by hand every launch.
What changes
The site stops being the thing you fix at midnight before a launch. Registration pages open instantly on the paid click, session dates and pricing are current because we update them weekly, and registrations land in the CRM your reminder sequences already fire from. You stop paying by the hour to change a date, and you stop thinking about hosting at all.

Main Room
Everything, plus the AI Engine
Right for you if
A host whose inbox fills during a launch week with the same twelve questions, arriving from time zones nobody on the team is awake for.
What changes
The questions get answered while they are still being asked. Somebody replies at two in the morning about whether there is a replay, whether it is included in the bundle, and what happens if they cannot attend live, then books the call. Every message, DM and web chat lands in one place with an instant reply, and the weekly report tells you what people actually wanted to know before they registered or drifted away.
- Everything in Breakout Room, plus:
- 1 AI receptionistanswers and books the calls you miss
- 1 AI chat widgetanswers and books on your registration pages
- 1 AI for SMS, Messenger and Instagramone inbox, answered instantly
- 1 call analysis reporting agenta PDF report on what callers asked for, what was missed and what booked
- A2P 10DLC registrationrequired by the carriers before SMS can send
The usage fee covers AI minutes and message volume and is billed at cost. A2P 10DLC registration is required by the US carriers before any SMS can go out; we file it for you, which matters here because session reminders travel by text.
Add the AI EngineMain Stage
Everything, plus the Content Engine
Right for you if
A host who wants registrations arriving between launches, from people who found the topic themselves rather than from an ad set that stops the day the budget does.
What changes
Registration stops being something that only happens when you are spending. Each week adds researched pages answering what your audience is searching on your topic, so a few months out you are the name Google and ChatGPT return when somebody asks where to learn this. Your branded search panel stays current instead of showing a profile last touched two years ago, and the library keeps working between launches.
- Everything in Main Room, plus:
- 3 research-based blog posts a weeksame standard, 2,500 to 3,200 words each
- 3 social image posts a weekbranded and ready to publish
- 2 reels a weekAI voice with on-screen text and icons
- Google Business Profile managedthe panel on your branded search, kept current
- Written for SEO and AEOso Google and AI assistants both quote you
Everything is written around your topic, your programs and the questions your audience actually asks, so it compounds into rankings rather than filling a blog nobody reads. The Google Business Profile work is described honestly above: for a purely online host it is the branded search panel, and for anyone teaching from a real address it is more than that.
Add the Content EngineRegister the people searching your topic in another language
An online audience is not one country. Somebody in Madrid or Berlin searching the subject you teach will register with whoever answers in their language, and right now that is not you. Add a language for $100 one time, per language.
What matters is how it is built. The usual offer bolts a translate widget onto the page. That creates no new URLs, so Google has nothing extra to index and you go on ranking in English only. We build a separate real page per language, each with its own address, its own title and meta description, its own schema, and reciprocal hreflang tags pointing the versions at each other. That is what lets your Spanish session page rank in Spanish search on its own and be quoted on its own by ChatGPT and AI Overviews when somebody asks, in Spanish, where to learn this.
Spanish, French and German are already wired into this site’s locale registry, and the head tags, og:locale:alternate and sitemap alternates all derive from it. Turning one on means adding the translated pages, not rebuilding the site.
Third-party integrations are quoted separately. Form submissions from your own site into any CRM are included on every plan; connecting a webinar platform, a course or membership platform, a scheduling system, an accounting tool or a payment processor is priced before we build it and never billed after.
Live in 7 Days
A simple, transparent process. You do not pay the $447 build fee until you are live and happy. Main Room takes 10 days, Main Stage 15.
Pay your first monthly invoice
You start with just the monthly for the plan you pick: $97, $197 or $497. The $447 one-time build fee is not charged yet.
Onboarding call
One call collects everything: your sessions, your programs, your offers, your topics, your brand, your speaker assets and the direction you want the content to take.
We build it
Breakout Room goes live 7 days after that call. Main Room takes 10 days while we train and connect the AI. Main Stage takes 15 days while the content engine is spun up.
Pay the one-time fee after you are live
The $447 build fee is charged only once your site is live and you are happy with it. That order is deliberate, and it is why hosts are willing to start before a launch rather than after one.

Website Questions, Answered
What exactly counts as a revision, and what happens after five?
A revision is any change request you send us, and there is no limit on how much you put into one. Updating copy, adding a page, changing a colour, adding a speaker to the team page, updating your enrolment pricing, swapping an early-bird banner: those are all revisions. So is something far larger. "Build pages for the next two masterclasses, here is the full copy, agenda and photography for both" is one revision, not four. Five revisions per month are included on every plan at no extra cost. After the fifth, each additional revision is a flat $20, so you always know the price before you ask, and there is no cap on how many you can buy in a month. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days of you sending it, no matter the size.
Are third-party integrations included?
Form submissions from your own site into any CRM ARE included, at no extra charge, by direct API, Zapier or Make. Anything beyond that is quoted and charged separately: connecting a webinar platform, a course or membership platform, a scheduling system, an accounting tool, a payment processor or a custom API. We price that work before we build it and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is billed to you after the fact.
Can you build the site in more than one language?
Yes, and for an online host it is often overlooked. Extra languages are $100 one time, per language. Your audience is not confined to one country, and somebody searching your topic in German or Spanish will register with whoever answers in their own language. The usual multilingual offer is a browser translate widget dropped onto the page: it creates no new URLs, so Google has nothing extra to index and you go on ranking in English only. We build a separate real page per language instead, each with its own URL, its own title and meta description, its own schema, and reciprocal hreflang tags linking the versions to each other. That is what lets a Spanish-language session page rank in Spanish search on its own merits and be quoted on its own by an assistant answering in Spanish. Spanish, French and German are already declared in this site’s locale registry, so turning one on means adding the translated pages rather than rebuilding anything.
What do I actually pay, and when?
Breakout Room is $97 a month. Main Room is $197 a month plus AI usage. Main Stage is $497 a month. Every plan carries the same $447 one-time build fee. You pay only the monthly invoice up front, and the $447 is charged after your site is live and you are happy with it.
How long are the blog posts, and who writes them?
Every post is researched first and runs 2,500 to 3,200 words. That is the part worth checking before you buy content from anybody. Most agencies at this price publish a 600-word post a model generated in seconds, which ranks for nothing and gets quoted by nothing. Ours are built from real sourced material and written around your topic, your programs and the questions your audience actually asks. Breakout Room and Main Room publish 2 a week. Main Stage publishes 3 a week to the same standard.
What does the value calculator actually do?
It does your arithmetic in public, on your own inputs. A visitor enters the numbers: how many people registered, the show-up and close rates you have actually seen in your own account, and your offer price. The calculator returns what one session is worth on those figures. We do not supply benchmark numbers, we do not fill anything in for you, and nothing on the page states or implies what your attendance or conversion will be. It is a tool for somebody already running sessions to see their own maths clearly, and it captures their details when they want to keep the result.
How is your website faster than my current one?
We build on the Astro framework, which ships almost no JavaScript and serves static-first pages from Cloudflare’s global edge network. There is no plugin bloat as with WordPress and no page-builder overhead as with Wix, Kajabi or a GHL-built site. We guarantee a 90+ Google PageSpeed score, often 100, on both mobile and desktop, which is the only guarantee on this page and it is one about the page, not about your results.
What do the weekly updates cover?
Your program and course pricing, payment plans, early-bird windows, cart-open and cart-close dates, session dates and times with their time zones, and any bundle or team-seat rate. Session dates are the single most common thing to go stale on a host’s site, and an out-of-date date on page four is the kind of thing that quietly loses you a registration. Send us the changes each week and they go live.
How long until my site is live?
Breakout Room goes live 7 days after the onboarding call. Main Room takes 10 days, because the AI receptionist and the chat agent need training on your programs, your dates and your refund and replay policies. Main Stage takes 15 days while the content engine is set up. The clock starts at onboarding, not at payment.
Do I keep my domain and see my registrants?
Yes. One free domain is included if you need one, or we point the domain already on your slides at the new site. Form submissions push into any CRM or webinar platform you run through direct API, Zapier or Make, and we include our own CRM integration with your own login so you can see every registrant and every booked call.
Why does the AI Engine plan need A2P 10DLC?
US carriers require every business sending SMS from a ten-digit number to register its brand and campaign first. Without that registration your messages are filtered or blocked outright, which for a host means the reminder text before a live session silently fails to arrive. We file the registration as part of your Main Room setup and the carrier fee is passed through at cost.
What is in the call analysis report?
It is a PDF you will actually read rather than a dashboard you will never open. It sets out what callers asked for that week, which calls were missed and at what hour, which ones the AI booked, and which questions came up often enough that they belong on a page of your site. It is the difference between guessing at what your audience is unsure about and knowing it.
When will I start ranking?
With fast pages, real topic and program pages, schema, and clean sitemap, robots and llms files, we guarantee your website starts ranking for your topic within 3 to 5 months. That is a guarantee about search visibility, not about registrations, attendance or sales, and anyone offering you the second kind is not being straight with you.
What if I already have a website?
We rebuild it. You keep your domain, your existing URLs are redirected so you do not lose the rankings you have already earned, and we migrate the session and program content worth keeping. Your old site stays up until the new one is live, so no launch window is at risk during the switch.
